Hi everyone,

I have had a few inquiries regarding training. Our seasons always finish after finals which was last week, season 2 training will commence the first week of term 3 on Monday 11^th July.

What will happen this week.

This coming week we will work with the coaches and our training venues so that we can have our training times published on our web site.

In two weeks

We will notify everyone what team they are in – sometimes we may not have a coach for the first week, but all teams will have a coach.

Please remember we are all volunteers and if you would like to be more involved, please contact us, as we are always grateful for extra help. For our coaches we have coaching manuals, and we have Deola (who coaches our coaches and wrote the training manuals).

Please remember that we are all volunteers, no one gets paid, so if you can help with such things as coaching or being a manager of a team, the club will support you.

I personally like having a coach and an assistant which helps the workload; everyone learns off each other and there is always someone to fill in for you if needed. Your children will love that you are involved in their sport and creates a special bond.
