Hi Coaches,

As you know we are coming close to the end of the term so thought I would send you something so everyone is on the same page.

This has been a different year & we are now doing things in terms. In Term 4 you will have the same team in the same age group. You may be able to make some small changes but remember if a player changes teams they may not be able to play any finals.I believe we will still have the 50% plus one rule so if they leave another team and that team makes the finals they will not be able to play in those finals.

Please ask your players to sign up quickly for term 4, we have a lot of people wanting to join us but I firstly want to look after our current members. If we then have space we are happy to take on new members. The new term fees should be up on Wednesday.

What I would like is some feedback from everyone – can you tell us what you need or think is important. We may not always be able to give you what you want but if you don’t ask you never get J. We want to know what is important to you.

Steve Edwards the coaching director from Southwest is coming to the U12 session on Tuesday next week to help out and we have been getting Sid Mines and Mathiang to help out the U18 coaches. Steve will be targeting a level for U12 skills and everyone is welcome to come down and watch.

We are happy to look at anything you think will help but we need to know what you think we need or you would like help with.

Please ensure you have a Blue card – see your coordinator if you don’t have one.
