Special general meeting
Hi All,
There is to be a special general meeting to be held on Thursday 14th January 6.30pm in the Board Room at Hibiscus Sports centre.
The reason for the meeting is to change item 18 (6) of our constitution.The change is to remove the wording "for a period of 3 consecutive 1 year terms (the maximum period)"
(6) A management committee member, who holds office for a period of 3 consecutive 1 year terms (the maximum period) in any position or positions for 10 years in the aggregate, is not eligible for election until the Annual General Meeting which follows the Annual General Meeting at which the maximum period was completed.
