FAQ - Fair Play Vouchers

Runcorn Rockets are proud to be part of the Fair Play Voucher program, making it easier for families to get their kids involved in sports.

How to Use Your Fair Play Voucher:- Please do this as soon as you can as there are limited numbers

1.⁠ ⁠Check Eligibility: Rules have changed and there are a limited number that do not require any eligibility

Make sure your child meets the criteria for a Fair Play Voucher. You can find all the details on the Queensland Government website. (https://www.qld.gov.au/recreation/sports/funding/fairplay/apply)

2.⁠ ⁠Apply for a Voucher:

Head over to the Fair Play Voucher application page and submit your application. If approved, you'll receive a voucher to put towards your child's registration fees. (https://www.qld.gov.au/recreation/sports/funding/fairplay/apply )

3.⁠ ⁠Register with Runcorn Rockets:

Visit our registration page and sign up your child for the upcoming season. Complete the registration process and make full payment. (https://www.rocketsbasketball.com.au/)

4.⁠ ⁠Submit your Fair Play Voucher to Runcorn Rockets:

After you complete your registration, email your Fair Play Voucher, which matches the name of the player registration name, to fairplayvouchers@rocketsbasketball.com.au

5. Refund:

Our Volunteer team will process the voucher with the Qld Government and then submit a refund of the voucher amount against your registration via Basketball Connect. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment for registration and should be completed within 5-7 days of being emailed to us.

6.⁠ ⁠Hit the Court:

Get ready for an exciting season of basketball! We can't wait to see new and returning players bring their energy and enthusiasm to the team.
