Friday training and Games on Saturday
Hi everyone,
If you are attending the U8/U10 training tomorrow could you please wear the new shirt that was given to everyone this term.
Southwest are going to do a little story on our Mascot so they will be filming him and taking photos, we would also like to do a group shot. Mathiang will also be helping tomorrow.
I had a meeting with Southwest today & they will be checking people who play on Saturday are registered with southwest. To register to play U8 cost $45 a year so if you did it today it would not be due until this time 2021 so it is for 365 days, Southwest will start to check registrations over the next couple of weeks. Recently other clubs have been complaining about court space so in two weeks time there will be no games played on the big court only on court 2 where they play across the court. In two weeks time there will be two time session one at 8am & one at 8.50am and only on Court 2 where the games are played across court.
To help, what Rockets will do is allow some of the children that play on the big court in U8 to play in an u10 team at no cost to the families. We can only do this while we have spaces available. Please see me or send an email if you want your son or daughter to try u10. If your son or daughter is happy playing U10 this term they can register for u10 next term and if need be we will add a team to ensure everyone can play.
