First week of the holidays is finished, we finished our first week of our training camp and only 1 more week and we start back to Basketball in full swing. Below are pics of our camps

This coming week we will have Sid Mines and his son Jonathan running our training camp program. I presume you all know Sid and his son Jonathan has been playing professional Basketball in Greece. Jonathan returned home a few months ago when the competition over there stopped.

Sid and Jonathan with the support of our coaches will be doing the U8,10,12 and the Southwest coaches again with our coaches support will be doing the U14,16/18. If you are interested, please email us your name and child’s age group.

The school is sanding and redoing the floors of the courts during the school break so we will have beautiful floors when we come back. Southwest need to ensure the courts are all finished before they send out the new draw so it will probably be late next week before we see the draw.

We are tidying up our training table on the home page and will be finalised by Wednesday, after that if you are not sure please email us and put your age group in the subject line.

There will be a few little changes when we come back with entry & exits to the hall but not too much more. I will tell you more next week.

If you want a jacket or an hoodie please email us and you can try on one before you buy it – Rockets warehouse is in Eight Mile Plains.

I have been told by some people that they don’t get these emails and this could be because the email is going to their “Junk” mail or we were given an incorrect email at registration & hence the reason why they are not getting my emails.

Please ask your friends if they are getting Rockets emails to ensure everyone knows what is happening.
