Hi U7 & U9 families,

Recently I have been wondering why I have been incorrect with the amount of coaches at different sessions. When I spoke to a couple of the coaches about this they made comment that some children have been attending several sessions a week.

I am sure that we explain this very clearly but if we have not I do apologise – every team in our club including U7 and U9 have one training and a game per week. If you are train only you have one training session a week. Representative teams have 2 training session a week and pay $800 a season and their season is only 10 weeks.

To make things quicker this season we did not do a role call but it seems we now have to, from today this Friday we will be asking the children to tick their name off to ensure each child attends only one session. This way we will have the correct amount of children at each session with correct amount of coaches.

I will now try to be earlier so I can get all the documents out.
