This week the Sports Hall at Runcorn is unavailable, but team 191 will still be training. We will Meet coach Mr Brown at the Sports Hall.Please be there and ready to go by 4.30pm as you will be heading down to the ourtside courts for the first 20 minutes of training, Then you will be go up the the schools gym for fitness training for the rest of the training session.
