Free training session for girls on Saturday morning
Hi everyone,
Every Saturday morning there is now a free one hour training session run for Girls 10 years old and older. The training session will be held at Hibiscus from 7.30am – 8.30am on court 1. If you attend the session please wear your Rockets gear so they know where you are from.
Steve Edwards and Penny Bairstow will be running the sessions. Steve is the Coaching Director for Southwest & Penny Bairstow was heavily involved with the starting of Rockets 22 years ago & has a wealth of knowledge.
If Penny’s name is familiar it may be because of her son who played for the Chicago Bulls & another younger son who now plays for the Perth Wildcats.
