Hi everyone happy Easter,

It’s wonderful that we are almost back to normal and our plans are all still okay.

Our camp is still on this coming Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday and we still have lots of availability. Remember this is open to everyone so if you have any friends that are interested they are very welcome to come. You can attend one day or every day whatever suits. These camps are perfect for those wanting to try Basketball or just keep up their skills and learn from a range of different coaches.

I have spoken to the coaches & we have expanded some age groups – the Girls session from 3.30 – 5pm is now open for all girls 10years old and older there is no age limit. We have lots of coaches so the groups will be broken up into .different age groups.

Boys in the 1.30 – 3.0pm sessions have also expanded and will be 12, 13, 14 & 15 year old boys.

Parents and friends are able to come and watch and there will be normal COVIDSafe procedures, signing in, sanitising our hands etc Children under 12 do not need to wear a mask and Basketball Queensland have said that while the children are participating in training or games they do not need to wear masks.

Basketball has been a wonderful outing for our children and parents and we will work very hard to ensure we all keep enjoying the sport and the ability to meet and talk with our friends.
