Training for everyone is finished for everyone except for U7/9 who will still have training this week at Runcorn State High School. If you have friends in this age group tell them to come down and have a try.

Coaching

There will be a Basketball Club level Coaching Course on the below dates at Hibiscus courts:

# 10^th Dec 9-12pm

# 17^th Dec 9-11am

It is a 5 hour course and will cover the practical component of coaching and to allow you to have a jump start on 2023. Please use the below link to register for the Course.

This is a great opportunity, as this course will be FREE. Completing this course will give you Club Level accreditation with Basketball Qld

Mental Edge Workshop

We are offering a FREE Mental Edge Workshop at 11am on 10 December at Runcorn State High School – it will be in one of the class rooms and we are just working out which room at this stage.

The Assist Mental Edge Program has been designed to create a positive shift in youth athlete mindset & mental development and will be presented by a psychologist. The tools learned throughout the workshops are proven to not only help athletes reach optimal performance but provide athletes with tools that will help them in all aspects of their lives.
