Club Southside are now a supporter of Runcorn Rockets which means they give us funding through their Connecting Community Funding.

As I have mentioned many times all the money that we raise or obtained through sponsorship goes back to your children which is how we help fund the movie day that we are doing in May, the nuggets and chips at NBL1 games, us being able to help the less fortunate at the Special School, attending some primary schools and running sessions of a lunch time at no cost, suppling new drinking fountains at our Basketball venues and the list goes on.

I have attached a membership form in this email - it is $5.00 for a life membership and you get enough points for a coffee so it really costs nothing. You do get a range of benefits and last week I received an email from Freedom Fuel giving me 13 cents off a litre for 4 days - not sure how often that occurs but I thought that was great. Their coffee and cakes are nice, food is excellent and they have so many things happening there.

When an organisation supports us we are very happy to tell everyone about it and there are always benefits to you when someone helps us - Club Southside is at 76 Mount Gravatt - Capalaba Road, Upper Mt Gravatt not far from Garden City Shopping Centre. When you register ensure you tell them you are with Rockets or make sure the registration form you complete has our logo on it.
