Hi All,

As everyone is aware at this stage the lockdown has been extended until 4pm Sunday 8^th August.

What has happened today – I have had discussions with South West and some things we spoke about was extending the competition by a week, maybe having a small tournament in the holidays, maybe playing some evening games in the holidays and a couple of other ideas so even when Basketball is not being played we are still doing things that we hope will be of benefit to you all.

As soon as we know what is possible we will contact you all. Please don’t get excited about anything yet as there are venues to organise, referees to get, court supervisors and so on. We are only at the stage of working on ideas and then we will see what we can put together.

Our Movie day – yes it was to start at 2pm on Sunday 8^th August and of course it can’t be now as we will still be in lockdown. The theatre is to get back to me on options for another day. As soon as we know more we will inform you.

If you are buying any sporting equipment if it is not urgent please hold off for a day or so as we will be sending you something from Rebel Sports which will help the club.
