Some of you have advised you are having issues getting Fairplay vouchers as the system is saying you are not eligible.

Providing you didn’t apply for one last season for the same child then please do the following:

• Apply on a laptop or a computer (apparently phone and ipads can cause an issue) – try library or school if don’t have one or I am happy to try if you send me you login details and health card – noting the medicare card is not an eligible card.
• If still get the ineligible message please take a screenshot or photo of the message/screen and send it to pdu@dtis.qld.gov.au along with your health card and they will look into it.

Please let me know if having troubles and I can adjust the due date but please pay the remaining balance.
